Education - Education and Training
A vocational training (VET) is a term for vocational upper secondary program that qualifies students for a particular job or occupation. Most vocational training can be started directly after secondary schooling in 9th grade. A training has a study of 2-5 years and mainly practically and technically oriented. After completing the training , the student can immediately start the job.
A training qualifies you to take a higher education. You can either SU or apprentice wages during training and in some cases a mixture. The advantage of the very practical training oriented courses is that you get in touch with a company that you can then get to work.
Besides VET, there is also a direction for you, who are over 25 years and who came to work after school. If you have at least two years work experience, you can skip the basic course of and implement the full education in less time.
