If you take the training as a social worker, it is because you are passionate about helping people who have it hard. People who do not have such a large network also has more need external help than people with a large network. It is about helping the most vulnerable - especially children and young people - who do not have the same tools as the adults to handle conflicts.
It is hard work that requires great commitment if it is to move people, but it is all worth it when you can see that you have helped to create a positive change in people's lives.
You can get either a therapist role or a supervisor role when you graduate. During the program has laid a training period in where you come out and feel on your own body what it means to be a social worker and get a knowledge of the typical tasks.
