It is important to keep in shape. Fitness and weight training is one of the ways to keep fit in. However, it is much more than that. You can develop your potential and find the limits of your body's capability. You will be trained to strengthen your body so that it becomes toned and supple.
It is a course that takes 20-25 weeks depending on whether you are on summer team or winter team.
You will be taught in both the practical and theoretical about diet and nutrition, the body's functionality and operation. You get a solid scientific basis on the courses so you can retrain yourself following in the industry who have the body and health to do.
On this course you can train at your own level at your own pace. You train with others and share experiences and victories and the small defeat them. There is a large community among the students on the course, so training environment could not be better.
It's just when you're there for each other to encourage each other as providing that little bit extra that you would not otherwise. Therefore, you also get a good idea of how it is to be a coach, so you can work with coaching in training subsequently.
But to coach others, you must be able to cope with it they have to overcome. Therefore, you will among other things taught in strength training, core training, cross training, interval training and movement training.
Here you will learn how to make the best powerlifting both the weights and kettles without getting damage it. It is the technique and execution of the movements that are critical to whether you get a good workout. This is partly also why you learn how best to avoid damage and can prevent them.
Of course there are also some teaching in key subjects such as: anatomy, physiology, strength and endurance training and motivation, and more. It also means that you get a course certificate with you from DIF / DGI, which just performs this course.
There are always taken based on your skills so that you get the training that suits you. Are all different and therefore need not be trained same. There will be grouped following individual goals that you can work out for on your own level. There are also educated both in teams and individually. Thus, you can both get the social aspect, along with the concentrated immersion in your own training.
