Teamwork

Teamwork education is one of the major subjects in the music line. This is where you can collect and use many of the skills you have, and which you also get from the other subjects (eg. Private lessons, theory, improvisation, text and music, etc.)

Tuition ranges from practicing of numbers and testing events of workshops and performances to studio recordings and planning and implementation of tour with live performances. You get so tried all the facets of which belong to work with a professional band.

teaching
Tuition is based on the students' level and commitment, and it's students in collaboration with the teacher shapes and determines the content of teaching and forms the band. So there is no pre-established framework and thus one can get far and wide with the band.

Some bands are based on a particular genre, it can be anything from rock and pop over funk and soul to jazz and world music. Man finds and rehearse songs and specialize in the genre with its special features, character and sound. Other shuffles the cards because it is fun to work with many different genres, or playing with genres and make a jazz standard into a rock ballad - or vice versa.

Others see it as something essential to compose and write songs himself, and some bands choose whole or in part only to work with own material. Again, there are many possibilities: Some come with next-finished songs that just need to be refined, others come just with a good riff or a text that you then continue to work with or start from scratch and jammer forward.

So it is up to the ensemble team to give the band the nature, content and expression and here is the commitment and the intensity high. Often ends with the band to become a small family where both musically and socially close to each other.
