The leadership training program in Agriculture is for you, there will be more than a farmer who has contact with the animals, but more a position to control the overall and has an overview of the whole situation of the company, both financially and strategically, as well as management of employees.
The leadership training program is for people who want a career as a manager in agriculture. It may be self-employed as senior manager, or perhaps as a problem solver abroad. The goal of the program is to strengthen your management skills in farming. Among other things, you must be able to independently develop and farm-related businesses. This means that you must keep track of both the economy, market and personnel, while being able to communicate with the industry "stakeholders".
Our management training is characterized by a high professional level with a focus on international relations. We challenge you to think and act independently in a globalized world. This way you are prepared to make the right decisions when you have to lead the future of agriculture.
There is a need for skilled managers and include some of what you are trained in this program.
To be included in the leadership training you must have completed training as a skilled farmer. The program extends over 3 semesters following:
1st Semester: Production Manager
2. Semester: executive
3. Semester: Agricultural economist
