It is important that you have contact with your body, it means that you may need practice in listening to it.
It sounds simple, but it may be very difficult in practice. The course teaches body awareness you get comfortable with your body and not least about the relationship between body and mind.
When is the body that speaks, and when the psyche? and how does this affect each other?
You will learn about how you can respond appropriately as respectively the body and the psyche speaks. We will work with breathing, your feet, exercises that increase, concentration and presence, verbalization of physical exercises, different types of wellness gymnastics and body seen from a cultural and historical angle.
You must first and foremost be a friend to your body, it's a faithful companion through life.
As the proverb says: A healthy mind in a healthy body. It simply means that if there is a discrepancy between your body and your soul, then you will feel uncomfortable.
It is important that you listen to your body and your soul and let them in harmony with each other, so you will also get a greater sense of well being.
The more you are one with your body, or the more your body and psyche is a, the greater the pressure you can handle and the stronger you become, both in body and soul. You will be able to do things you have not previously thought possible.
