Brass Monkey

Brass Monkey er en lækker cocktail-bar på Enghavevej i København V, som er inspireret af Hawaii - med andre ord en cocktail-bar, hvor du kan læne dig tilbage og slappe af.

Bag Brass Monkey står folkene fra en anden kendt Københavnsk cocktail-bar. Der er tale om bryggeren Kasper Georg Jensen og kokken Thomas Raae Rasmussen. Og med disse to bag roret, så er der lagt op til en god oplevelse hos Brass Monkey.

Escape the hectic modern society and step into the soothing subtropical Brass Monkey Tiki Bar. In the south pacific, Tiki means – the first man, we are the first Tiki-bar on Vesterbro and the only one in Copenhagen. Sip on luscious cocktails served in limited edition glassware, filled up to perfection… or why not do the be-bop while bending the limbo stick. You best get ready for a night in the realm of palm trees, hand-carved tikis and tropical atmosphere. Kahuna is Polynesian for priest, minister or expert. Here at Brass Monkey we like to see our bartenders as The REAL big Kahunas. Nowhere in the town will you get your rum mixed like you do at The Brass Monkey. Herr Nilsson’s backbar includes the biggest collection of rum in Copenhagen and several homemade liquids, pastes and concoctions, only put together to blow your mind.
