We are looking for three tenants (hostage rental) to Bofællesskabet * on Skovvejen as of 01/01/18 We are four boys seeking three girls for a community center in the middle of Skovvejen. The community is based on two apartments, divided into four planes, totaling 253 sq.m., which constitute the entire property. Bertram and Mads live in the upper apartment of 119 sqm, looking for one tenant, while Søren and Alex live in a lower apartment of 134 sqm and seek two tenants. The three rooms fluctuate between 9-14 sqm, with an average rent of 3800, - including water and heating. Deposit will be one month's rent plus one month's deposit. Total approx. 7600, - We have a nice patio, which we share with Ditte for 50 years (plus / minus), living in a small cozy backyard. In addition, we have a basement with washing machine and tumble dryer and ample storage space. Then we have harbor kik, close to forest, city center and grocery stores. About us: Søren is 21 years old and has a passion for music, plants and transparent curtains. Søren works as the gardener of the house, and Søren works daily in the catering industry and plans to start studying in the next year or two. Søren likes to go out with Bertram (if Alex is driving). Alex of 20 studies architecture at a day school and plans to start at Aarhus Architecture School this summer. In addition, he has a passion for design and his BMW. Alex is a nice guy who is always ready for a deep talk. Mads at 21 is the house's food, coffee and wine tenderer. He works at Can Blau, and often has late working hours. When Mads is not working, he is always ready for a small glass and a good talk, or a good game Bezzerwizzer. Bertram of 20 is the house's general manager and works as a teacher. Bertram often has several projects that extend widely and he likes to go out with Søren (when Alex is driving). In addition, he is fond of politics and books. We have known each other for many years now, but at the same time are different from each other on many points. One thing, however, we all have in common is that we are all smokers, which means being smoked out of the window while we are happy to air out. In addition, we have ambitions as well as hangovers and we love the privacy we love the meeting. On the other hand, there is a wish to enter into a small family, across the apartments with the option of voluntary communal eating if there is a mood for it.
