* English below * My companion Elie and I have got hold of a new and modern 4-room apartment of 111 sqm located on Amager 500 meters from the beach and metro, while there is about 4 km into the Inner City. We are both students (economics and mathematics-economics), respectively. 22 and 23 years, and we are now looking for a roomie for the third and last room in the apartment. The room is 8 sqm (marked in red on the floor plan) and rented out to 5280, - a month incl. water and heat. There will be payment for electricity and internet in addition to the rent. Deposit is 3x rent + 2x prepaid rent. We take over the apartment on 1/7 and hope that you are fresh at moving in with us there. We want a social cohabitation, as we not only see you as a roommate, but also as a new friend / friend. Of course there will be respect for a closed door and room for privacy.
