When my dear roomie has moved with his girlfriend, I'm looking for a new tenant for the extra room left blank. About the apartment: The apartment is 81 m2 and is located right on the edge between Odense C and Odense M, with 100 meters distance to both public transport and shopping. There is a common living room, bathroom and kitchen. From my bedroom there is access to the balcony, which of course also has to be used by you - from here there is direct access to the garden. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. The rent is at 8550 incl. Aconto, and so far we have received housing support of around 1000 DKK, but since my room is bigger than yours, your rent is of course lower than mine. In addition, a total of 250, - is paid for the internet per month. About me: I am 19 years old and just moved to Odense last September. I'm working on my 1st Sabbath year, working full time at YouSee as a customer adviser. I love to have fun and often have friends, family or girlfriend visiting. I rarely celebrate, but keep up with honeymoon nights with wine and conversations until late into the night :-) My expectations for you like a roomie are not actually insanely high, besides being ready to be social and not just sitting on your room from your home and until you go to bed - there is of course always room for a closed door. In addition, I often have friends and family visiting, who have dogs again and again - which is why I do not prefer pets to be a problem for you.
