Room rented out in a cozy residence in Nørrebro!
We are three girls who live in a three-room apartment on Sigynsgade, Nørrebro. Since one of us (Vera) is going to exchange until the beginning of January 2020, we rent her room out for five months (August / September to December / January) but we are flexible on both moving in and out if it doesn't fit perfectly with your plans or needs. The room is in the living room and therefore serves as a passage to another room. You are shielded by a room divider and an upholstered curtain, so it feels secluded, but it is a slightly special solution, where you can feel a little closer to your rommies than you would in a room with a door. The apartment has a kitchen with room to sit, and here we enjoy and eat when we can. In addition, there is a large balcony for the apartment, where there is also enough room to sit more people. There is therefore plenty of room to be in the apartment, so the room quickly becomes a bedroom. We are all people with many balls in the air, so even though it is enormously cozy when we are all in the apartment, it does not happen so often. However, we are very much in favor of the apartment being a place where there is room to take friends home and be social, of course with respect for the others. In addition, there are large outdoor common areas for the building, where it is is nice to be in the summer months. The rent includes water, heating and internet, so apart from a laundry where you pay per wash, there are no other hidden expenses. We can discuss the deposit and other practices. If the superintendent sounds like something to you, then write to us and tell us a little about yourself and your situation (employment, jobs, interests, favorite wine, etc.).
