Room for rent in Aarhus C
I have a room available in my apartment at Fredensgade in Aarhus C from 1st December, so I'm looking for a new residence. The apartment is a total of 65 m2 and consists of two rooms, large kitchen / living room, bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer and a nice large balcony. It is located on the 3rd floor, so even though it is in the middle of the center there is no disturbing noise. The location will not be central, so everything is available within 10 min walking distance. The building has a locked backyard where you can park the bicycle. The room I rent is the largest of the two at approx. 15 m2, and has a large built-in wardrobe. The rent is 4,400 DKK per month and includes water, heating and home insurance. In addition, electricity and internet must be paid. When moving in, payment must be paid for the first month + 1 month's prepaid rent + deposit corresponding to 3 months rent. I am 24 years old and is training myself for a waiter and, of course, is a little more than generally interested in food and wine, so I would like to have a living room who also wants to use the kitchen and drink some wine once between. In addition, my work means that I keep off at a bit of crooked times, which in some ways makes it much easier to share the common areas. It is important for me that you want to help keep the apartment nice, clean and cozy to live in and that you want to take part in creating a nice home for both of us. In addition, I'm looking for a student, so it's possible to get housing support, and much to someone who wants to stay for a long time so I will not find a new one right away.
