room for rent at Frederiksberg
Room available right next to Søndermarken (in between Carlsberg and Valby). Bedroom is available from April (move-in can be from mid-March) to the end of August (with possibility of extension). The flat includes two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, balcony and a laundry facility in the building. The bedroom available comes unfurnished or partially furnished (no bed). Rent is on average 5000DKK a month (sometimes more or less depending on utility bills). Deposit is three months rent of DKK 14,300 Ideally looking for a young female professional or student in early twenties who is used to living with others. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of living with others, but is also up for a cup of coffee and a good chat ????
