Room available right next to Søndermarken (in between Carlsberg and Valby). Bedroom is available from April (move-in can be from mid-March) to the end of August (with the possibility of extension).
The flat includes two big bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, balcony and a laundry facility in the building. The bedroom available comes unfurnished or partly furnished (no bed).
Rent is on average 5000DKK a month (sometimes more or less depending on utility bills). Deposit is three months rent of 14.300 DKK
Ideally looking for a young female professional or student in early twenties who is used to living with others. I'm looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of living with others, but also is up for a cup of coffee and a good chat ????
