Room for rent in garden association
We are a loving couple with a dog and soon-to-be child who have a room to rent in our year-round house. We live in a lovely garden association with 7 min. walk to metro st. and amager community. The room for rent is newly renovated in 2013 and the rent includes water and heat. We are in the process of making a garden and a garden room, which is expected to be finished this summer. Our common areas will be Kitchen, toilet and dining room, which are cleaned in turn once a week. If you want the room furnished, a desk, bed and chest of drawers are available. Yours sincerely
