3rd roomie is looking for a beautiful and big apartment!
We are looking for a 3rd man for our beautiful new apartment and newly established community with occupation on September 1st. The apartment is located in the pedestrian street on the 4th floor of Jernbanegade. The rooms we have to divide between us are approx 9-12 sqm and in addition there are two large common living rooms, kitchen with dining area (and dishwasher), utility room with washer and dryer and 2 toilets. (The pictures are taken under current tenants' move kayak) The rent is SEK 8.398 and a conto of 1.100 kr which we of course divide in 3. Male or female does not matter - but students could now be an advantage in terms of housing support. And in addition, we require you to be pivoted and willing to be socially employed. A little about us: Sofie and Johanne. Both 24 years and super nice to be in company with;). Sofie goes dancing and loves to draw while Johanne plays basketball. We both start at the Design Management Executive in September and know each other volatile through previous studies. We are both adders to Kolding, so we are excited about what the city has to offer.
