Furnished room for rent in Odense S / near Højby. HEJ ..... :) Are you a student and need a place to stay temporarily, you are welcome to stay here with us. I am an open and happy single mom for 3 girls. The two girls live out. We have an allergy friendly little dog. Our home is warm and buzzing with healthy and loving environment. We live in Odense S, a few km from the University. We have nature around us, bus that runs every half hour to the city center, good shopping and bike opportunities. You get your own room which is furnished approx. 12 m2 (our total accommodation is 118 km2), it is possible to insert a desk and chair. You only need to bring your clothes and study equipment. We have a nice big bathroom and an extra toilet. You will join us in everyday life. You must feel free to be with us in the common area (living room and kitchen). The Internet we have but you should have your own according to how much you are online. Price for room incl. water, electricity, heating and washing of clothes. SEK 4000 / month each the 1st no deposit. The only requirement is that notice of termination must take place one month before. It is mutual. A small contribution to food if you want to eat with it, can be arranged from day to day. I know this is an alternative form of living, but I always look forward to helping and meeting new, exciting people, young and old.
