Er du studerende og har midlertidig brug for et sted at bo, er du velkommen til husly her hos os.
Jeg er en åben og glad alenemor til 3 piger. De 2 af pigerne bor ude. Vi har en allergi venlig lille hund. Vores hjem er varm og summer af sund og kærlig miljø. Vi bor i Odense S, få km fra Universitetet. Vi har naturen omk. os, bus der kører hver halve time til bymidten, gode indkøbs og cykel muligheder.
Du får dit eget værelse som er møbleret ca. 12 m2 (vores samlede bolig er på 118 km2), der er muligt at indsætte skrivebord og stol. Du skal kun medbringe dit tøj og studieudstyr. Vi har et dejligt stort badeværelse og et ekstra toilet. Du vil indgå med os i hverdagen. Du skal føle dig fri i at være sammen med os i fællesarealet (stuen og køkkenet). Internet har vi men du bør have dit eget alt efter hvor meget du er på nettet.
Pris for værelse incl. vand, el, varme og vask af tøj.
4000 kr. / mdr. hver den 1. ingen depositum. Det eneste krav er at opsigelses varsling skal ske 1 mdr før. Det er gensidigt. Et mindre bidrag til mad hvis du ønsker at spise med, det kan aftales fra dag til dag. Jeg ved godt det er noget alternativ boform men jeg glæder mig altid til at hjælpe og møde nye spændende mennesker, ung som gammel. If you are a student and need a place to stay temporarily, you are welcome to stay here with us.
I am an open and happy single mom for 3 girls. The two girls live out. We have an allergy-friendly little dog. Our home is warm and buzzing with a healthy and loving environment. We live in Odense S, a few km from the University. We have nature around us, a bus that runs every half hour to the city center, good shopping, and cycling opportunities.
You get your own room which is furnished approx. 12 m2 (our total accommodation is 118 km2), remodeling possible in relation to the study table and chair. You only need to bring your clothes and study equipment. We have a nice big bathroom and an extra toilet. You will join us in everyday life. You must feel free to be with us in the common area (living room and kitchen). The Internet we have but you should have your own according to how much you are online.
Price for room incl. water, electricity, heating, and washing of clothes. 4000 KR. / month each the 1st no deposit. The only requirement is that notice of termination must take place one month before. It is mutual. A small contribution to food if you want to eat with us, it can be arranged from day to day. I know this is an alternative form of living, but I always look forward to helping and meeting new people, young and old.
