Room for rent in Viby near Aarhus C
I rent a room on the 1st floor of my apartment in Viby. The apartment itself has two rooms, a kitchen / living room, bathroom and entrance hall. The apartment is 5 min. drive from Aarhus Centrum and within walking distance to the Viby Center. The apartment is quietly located and in a newer residential area. The apartment has its own balcony where it needs to be grilled. There is a storage room and a large parking area. There are cable TVs as well as all white goods in the apartment. I'm looking for a roomie who wants to get to know me and sometimes to eat dinner, drink coffee or enjoy a glass of wine when it's time. In other words, I'm looking for a roomie ready for a new friendship and having some fun moments together. Of course there is also room for privacy, and of course I also accept a closed door. Gender and age are subordinate, but I am looking for a non-smoking student, so there is the possibility of housing support.
