Room at Vesterbrogade
Hi! We have a room available in our apartment from 1 October. Living in a condominium on Vesterbrogade (crossing Enghavevej) and looking for a new roommate! The apartment consists of 3 rooms and we live one on each of the rooms. In the other two rooms I live (Kasper, just graduate) and Sarah at 22 who read Information Science at the University of Copenhagen. The apartment is from around the beginning of the 20th century. The room rented out is in great condition with a large window section and original piece. The floor is in good condition, but one corner is best covered by a small carpet of about 1x1 meter to avoid splintering (it has been treated but long ago). The pictures I have uploaded are a couple of years old, before the current tenant moved in. The walls are white now :) There is a large kitchen for shared use and large bathroom with shower. There is a hallway where there are doors to all the rooms - you do not have to go through some rooms to get in to the others. Age, gender, etc is completely alike. The rent is 4000 NOK with it all and then 125 kroner above if you want to share the internet. Deposit of 12,000 is for the first month's rent, a real deposit of 4000 kr and then 4000 kr rent for the last month's rent when the room is once vacated. If you have any questions, just type.
