Room in a nice apartment
I'm looking for a tenant for a room at Viby square - actually just above Aldi. Close to everything you need - in Viby and 4 km to the city center. Here are both elevator, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and ice cubicle in the freezer. The rent is approx. 4300 kr. + Electricity every quarter, approx. 900 kr. We share. Housing support will approx. be 500 kr. person. Internet can be purchased for approx. 100 kr. Per. mdr. In case of occupation, 3 months rent + 1 month is payable. Movement from 1/7 and no later than 1/8. You are going to live with me! I am 22 years old, from Esbjerg and have lived in Aarhus for a year. I am studying for a teacher and spending some time in the badminton hall playing and exercising. In addition, I appreciate dinner with friends - with and without beer and wine. I am looking for a student (housing support) of 21+ who have been living before and who will help keep the apartment clean and cozy.
