* Send me a message for an english version! * Hi hopefully coming roommate! My boyfriend and I rent a room in our beautiful 3 bedroom apartment from 2010 on 70 sqm with balcony. The apartment is located in Palmehusene in a quiet part of Aarhus N where there is, among other things, views of Vestereng. Up to the apartment is the Superbike Trail which makes it incredibly easy to get to, for example. Katrinebjerg (7 min) or BSS (10 min) by bike. If the weather is bad or the legs are tired, the Letban is 350 meters away. From here it takes 8 minutes to reach Uni and Nobel Park. 12-14 min if you go to the center, the Latin Quarter or Nørreport. In the apartment there are also both new dishwasher and washer / dryer, a large dry storage room in the basement and 100/50 internet from Stofa. There is possibility of moving on May 1, possibly a little before. In addition to the deposit corresponding to 3 months rent (without consumption), there will also be 1 month's prepaid rent. A little about us: My name is Teis, I'm 20 years old and I'm working on a BA in Digital Design at Aarhus University (Katrinebjerg) in the 2nd semester. I'm interested in almost everything, so I'm in a conversation about anything! I am a very open and helpful person. Currently, I spend the most time studying and a motorcycle project that hopefully will be done soon. I'm also working with a city planning company in Navitas. My girlfriend is Helena, she is 21 years old and is studying for opticians on the 2nd semester in Randers, but switches to a training at AU this summer. Helena likes decor and good movies and shows. Helena is an action man and is good at doing the things that are needed. Helena is also a very sad girl who loves shopping and café tours. She likes to make cocktails and have a glass of wine in the evening. We both come from North Zealand and are relatively new to Aarhus. We are looking for a roomie that is down on the ground and may want to eat together a couple of times a week, but at the same time respects a closed door - which of course we also do. In addition, of course, you may want to help keep the apartment nice and buy various essentials when needed. In addition, we have nothing against guests as long as it is not super intrusive.
