As I move for half a year to Canada in connection with my study, my two roomies, Aske and Emil, lack a third roomie to take over my room while I'm away. They are both embarking on a bachelor's degree in Architecture and Design, and can be described as social, cozy and sensible roomies. They spend both a lot of time studying and leisure activities during the week, but once in between also have time for a beer or a little binge watching of various series in the apartment. At an upcoming roommate we would like the person to start or start a higher education. The apartment is 120 square meters, spread over 2 floors. We have 2 bathrooms, hallway, balcony, kitchen with dishwasher, three bedrooms on the top floor (where the new tenant gets the largest of about 18 m2), storage room, hallway, living room and dining room. In addition to that there is also a ceiling for storage. In one bathroom there is a shower and washing machine and the other is equipped with a bathtub. The apartment is not of the latest date, which price should also give a hint, but overall the apartment is in good condition and well furnished with old wooden furniture. There is a lift in the building. The room can be rented fully or partially furnished. The cupboards are not included, as it is not possible to move them out of the apartment without breaking apart. The rent is 2,867, - per month plus 208, - for all expenses, including water, heating, electricity and internet. In addition, housing support is approximately 300 per month per person so the real rent is at 2775, -. The insurance is made through IDA, why it costs only 380, - per day. person a year for bicycle, residential and electronics insurance. Deposit is 3.075, - and upon occupation, 1 month rental + advance payment is also payable. This runs up to 6.150, - upon moving. The apartment is ready for occupation in early July, and will be vacated in early January.
