Room is rented in Aarhus N
When I'm going abroad, I will give my room for 5 months (1st of August to 31st of December). The apartment is located in Margrethehøjparken in Aarhus N (Brendstrupgårdsvej 9C) 10 minutes from the university university and 100m from a light rail stop. The apartment is on the ground floor and is 65.4 sqm and you will stay in a room of 12.3 sqm. There is plenty of closet space in the room as well as a sofa bed and a 42 TV. In addition to this room there is another room, a bathroom and a kitchen-dining area. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher. From the room there is access to a 7 sqm south west facing balcony with a gas barbecue for free use and there is a large lawn just below so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the sun if we have a long summer. In addition to this there is also a shared roof terrace with benches. In the area there is ample opportunity for shopping in Skejby Center. Otherwise there are also places on the way home from uni. The rent is 4100 kr excl. consumption and internet but you will be able to deduct approximately 500 kr from housing support. In addition, there will also be a smaller deposit. You must be a student or a student to start studying and be able to provide proof of this. You must rent the room for the entire rental period (1 August to 31 December). It is also possible to move in 1-2 weeks before 1 August and push the relocation date a little. You will be sharing the apartment with Jacob (not me). He will be 22 years old and studying at the diploma degree in chemistry. He will also be in practice after the summer vacation. NB: The picture of the room is not of this room, but of a similar.
