Hi, all the house seekers! Do you stand, or do you know someone standing there and missing a room in Aarhus, I will give my room during the period 01.02.2018 - 01.09.2018. The room is located on Søndre Ringgade, close to Harald Jensen Square. The room is approx. 14 m2 with stump and a small balcony, most used for storage. The room is partially furnished with bed, bookcase and built-in wardrobe. Details about furniture, we can always talk about :) The whole apartment is cozy and bright with high ceilings and consists of 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. You will live with my 2 sweet rummakers, Line and Louise, who are physiotherapist students and trained bioanalysts, respectively. The rent is 3900 kr. Incl. everything - water, electricity, heating, tv and internet. Deposits are subject to a security deposit of one month's rent. There is free laundry and drying in the basement and the possibility to park your bike dry and hot in the bicycle basement. We are looking for a female tenant between 22 and 30 years old who is healthy living in a pleasant environment and company.
