Room centrally located in Frederiksberg for up to one year
Dear Housing Applicant, I rent a room for up to a year at Frederiksberg in the swimming pool area, close to the metro, CBS, shopping and café life. A nice, quiet and clean tenant is looking for an 11 sqm room in a 78 sqm 3-room apartment. Of course, when renting the room, you also have access to the living room, kitchen, bathroom which is shared with a cohabitant (therefore you basically rent 38 sqm for 5000 DKK, since you share half the apartment). The rental period is up to one year. I am looking for a person between 20-30 who has something to look for in everyday life and at the same time is calm and nice to live with. When I am currently. living in Munich, you will stay with another tenant until September, when I come back to Frederiksberg. The rent is DKK 5,000. month incl. everything (water, electricity, heating, internet and TV package). Deposit is two months rent and CPR registration at the address is of course possible. I am 27 years old and currently studying. full time in Munich, where I complete my thesis as an engineer. I am a laid back person who is easy to smile and appreciate a good talk.
