Student Circle Aarhus

The student district in Aarhus is located in Studenternes Hus in the heart of Aarhus. The student district is the Grundvigsk student association Aarhus (and Copenhagen), who regularly organizes a number of lectures in fields such as theology, philosophy, aesthetics and politics.

Part of something bigger

Student district Aarhus is for you who would like something extra beside the study. Here you will find countless events aimed at combining the university's high academic level with the curiosity of high school lectures, in relation to life and its most important questions. You will get acquainted with a lot of different subjects focusing on the Grundtvig high school tradition. Here there is room for amazement and questions, so you can develop yourself and your understanding of theology and philosophy of the world, leading to political and societal relevance. At the same time, of course, you are also part of a community. Come and have some new friends and a good talk about the meaning of life.

What do you get out of it?

As part of the student circle, you not only get a strong network and self-understanding, but also an opportunity to develop its horizons. There will be a lot of lectures taking care of all the subjects the student district finds important in fields such as theology, philosophy, aesthetics and politics. In addition to the exciting lectures, you have the opportunity to participate in the annual summer meeting. The Student Circuit organizes a week of lectures, discussions and parties at a high school somewhere in lovely Denmark. The first meeting took place in 1904 and has been a success ever since. Here you can attend high school, participate in a series of exciting lectures and discussions, and enjoy your fellow students' company.
