Large room in light and modern apartment in Copenhagen K, unlimited rental period
We are in search of a roomie (m / k, 19-26 years) to take over a room on September 1 in our well-established community. The apartment is located on historic Holmen, formerly a military area. Today, Holmen is a creative green breathing hole in Copenhagen with the Rhythmic Music Conservatory, the Architecture School, the Film School, Noma, the Opera, Reffen, Copenhagen Contemporary, etc. From our apartment you can reach Nyhavn by bike on 10 min. We also live on the 5th floor (the building has a lift) with a large west facing balcony and may have the city's best view of Copenhagen. The apartment is a four room of 93 m2 with three rooms, a large kitchen room and a bathroom. The rented room is at approx. 12 m2 and equipped with radiator, a ventilation system (the cabinet-like construction to the left of the window) and a French balcony. The room is unfurnished. The kitchen room is furnished with dining table and sofa beds with access to the balcony. We have dishwasher, washer and dryer in the apartment and a room in the basement for a little extra storage. There is also access to a locked bicycle room and possibility to rent a seat in the parking basement. All in all, a new and delicious apartment from 2014 where nothing is missing. We, Clara and Amanda, respectively, study (HA) psych. On CBS and Sustainable Design at AAU and are both in the early 20's. We are reasonably low on earth, like things in the habits and relatively clean, so we can relax with good music, friends, cooking and maybe a glass of wine on the balcony. Besides contributing to the cozy atmosphere, you obviously clean up after yourself and clean the common areas every three weeks. We also have a goal to hold a room dinner weekly, where we switch to cooking. Sometimes it may be difficult when you have three tables to fit together, so sometimes it will only be every second or third week. The rent is 5,460 kr per month. In addition, there is consumption paid an account. It includes wifi, electricity, water and heating and is currently at 628 kr a month. Deposit is 10,920 kr. Corresponding to two months rent, one month's prepaid rent and rent including consumption for September. Ie A total of 22,458 kr. We plan to hold talks at the beginning of week 33.
