Looking for a cute roomie for a room in Aalborg's Øgade neighborhood!
I am looking for a roomie to take over a room in the Ø street in Aalborg, which (I think) is a nice location between campus east and the city center, where both can be reached by bicycle. Otherwise, the bus runs right outside the door. The green areas Østre Anlæg and Karolinelund are also close by. This is a high two-bedroom ground floor apartment with balcony (you have to go through my room), where you can dry clothes or enjoy the shade. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement, as well as a semi-damp storage room for storage. In addition, you can enjoy the backyard, which is green and fine and where you can park your bike, if you do not bother to drag it into the basement, where there is also room for it. Your room is 18 sqm and bright with stucco ceilings, hardwood floors and views of a quiet street. I moved to the city myself last September when I started Danish studies and therefore start the third semester after the summer holidays. I have otherwise stayed mostly in East Jutland. I am very down to earth and enjoy an everyday beer or cup of coffee once in a while, watching too much Netflix, reading a book, watering my plants and going to classes. I love to make vegetarian food and hear music in the kitchen. Of course, I would like to share a bottle of vino sometimes. However, I do need to close a door once in a while and also respect that your door is closed. I do not have many demands, but I would like to think that you are sweet and nice and manage to keep the kitchen and bath fairly clean. In addition, I expect you to pay your bills and help sort our waste. Move-in date is flexible - room is clear. However, I would like to rent it by 1 September at the latest. The rent of 3044, - includes water, heating and internet (before housing subsidy). In addition, there is quarterly electricity and gas on top (yes there is gas stove!), Which we of course splice.
