Most written communication takes place nowadays via the web. But how do you catch potential readers on the other side of the screen with your text when you are not able to use another?

"No one cares to read electronic newsletters!" Wrong! Many of us read them actually interested. Some newsletters we open until we are looking at e-mails, which are objectively important.

Why is it like that? Why are newsletters we almost look forward to, and other affected unread by deleteknappen? And how do you get your newsletter pulled into the first group? This and much more you get to know at this seminar.

It is not only newsletters are talking about, but all texts in all contexts on the web: Blogs, website texts, or just press releases.

You are welcome to send a preview of your web text to info@sprogseminar.dk about 14 days before the seminar. Some examples will be reviewed along the way, and everyone can get a few words to you in private.

Effective electronic texts
You learn how to get the written text that can generate the interest of the reader, such as a journalist who is very critical of what they receive.

You are taught the news triangle and find the best angle for your story that you want out with. Maybe you write it in a certain genre or you form.

You must build the right foundation for creating effective texts. Something you need to take into consideration is whether you can write what you want to write. Despite freedom of expression are still limits what can appear on a website or in a newsletter.

What does the law say? How does one obtain the recipient's undertaking? How do you the right targets, and how do you measure effectiveness? And what factors, such as layout, time and frequency you can work to improve the effect continuously?

We work from the participants' own experience and builds with experience from hundreds of other companies and millions of unsent electronic newsletters and web texts.

Find Your Audience

The words, phrases, coherence and clarity. Look through the text with the reader's eyes, so you think like your audience will think and you thus learn to write what they want to read. A reader will always ask the big question: What should I read it?

A few exercises underway will focus on the points that really make a difference: you as the sender is present, and whether you are trustworthy. In this context, studies - and optionally. rewrites - we participants' texts.

Toolbox editors.

An editor must today more than write good lyrics to the network. He or she must establish a strategy for its website or its intranet, organize and manage a team of writers and ensure that users can actually find the information they seek.

The seminar will prepare you to tackle the many tasks A web editor is facing today. You get a variety of tools to structure a website or an intranet, you ease into your skin and getting dressed to conduct a user test. Finally, you get insight into how to best utilize the opportunities of interactivity.

Teaching varies between lectures, practical exercises and feedback. The seminar is based on participants' websites and intranets, and we encourage you to send screenshots to info@sprogseminar.dk later than two weeks before the seminar.

Put the user in mind when writing for the web
We go through the process of redesigning a website or an intranet. You learn to structure their content online and create a user-friendly menu structure. You will gain insight into how we read on the web, and how the user is best to center stage. You learn to develop a user test and gain insight into how to get a website to show up on Google.
