I have been admitted to BSc in DDIT at ITU, and have a delicious approx. 16 sqm large room left over in my apartment at Islands Brygge, with beautiful views of Copenhagen, fantastic light and location, with just 10 minutes walk to the IT University or KU Søndre Campus. Furthermore, the room has its own entrance, with access to bathroom and kitchen. I am looking for a student who is both socially and academically engaged and who is NOT a smoker. The price is DKK 6,500 / month. incl. heating, water, electricity and high-speed internet, so we can study max. In addition, deposit on deposit of DKK 13,000, and three months prepaid rent of DKK 19,500 About the apartment: As my flatmate you will have access to our shared kitchen and bathroom (with tub). With its 117 m2, the apartment has plenty of room to both be together and to be yourself when you want. The apartment is a charming former mansion with an exciting history and a great location. There is ample opportunity for i.a. to swim on hot summer days at the Islands Brygge harbor bath, or go for nice runs in Amager Common. Fisketorvet is also within walking distance, so if you are for shopping, the opportunities are there too. It only takes approx. 10-15 min to bike to Central Station. About me: My name is Simon, I am 19 years old, and start at BSc in Digital Design and Interactive Technologies at the IT University. I think it is really nice to stay with others - it is actually a 'must' for me. I am also happy and respect privacy and the need to just be alone and enjoy their own company.
