Since I have found a rental home here in beautiful Ørestad from 1 / 4-2020 of 98m2 and 4 rooms, I am now looking for one to share this brand new apartment with. Gender and age do not matter, but I would like you to be a calm and mature person who does not need to have a party every weekend, and has a stable everyday life and income. In addition, of course, I hope you are social so we can have some good times together, although there should always be room for a closed door as well. Me as roommate: You are going to get me as your only roommate as I will both use and pay for the other 2 rooms in the apartment, but who am I? I am 29 years old (soon to be 30) and work daily as an independent photographer and videographer. I am a workhorse and therefore spend many hours a day growing my business. Furthermore, I am an outgoing, happy guy who likes to be active in fitness, on a football field or in a quick game of CS. The room and the apartment The room is 12m2 and is part of a 4-room apartment. There are 2 other rooms (also about 12 m2) and a common living room in the kitchen-dining room. Large bathroom with separate shower. There are all modern conveniences: dishwasher, washer and dryer with free washing and drying. The homes are spacious and flexible with long views across and across the homes. The well-proportioned windows provide good contact with the surroundings and the choice of materials is bright and welcoming. The metro location is just a few minutes walk from your new home, but without hearing it. Furthermore, there is excellent access to the motorway should you be in the car. You are in the quiet Ørestad one moment and in 15 minutes you are on the street. It's super cool and that's why I've been SO happy to live out here. The convenient rent with everything included is 6,500. This includes water, heating, internet, TV package and free washing and drying. There must be 2 months rent in deposit and 1 month prepaid rent, as well as of course rent for the first month. This therefore amounts to a total of DKK 21,200.
