Spacious room in a deluxe 3's in Valby
I prefer people who speak danish. Sorry guys! I rent a room in my apartment in Valby on the border with the South Harbor. Just across from Vestre Kirkegård, 5 minutes walk from Sjælør station and only 20 minutes walk from the water at the Valbypark. It is wonderful! I have lived here for half a year and am very happy about it. The apartment is spacious as it is a large 3 bedroom with a total of 90 m2. In addition to my bedroom and the room that can be there, the apartment consists of a large living room, new kitchen, good bathroom, where there is a separate shower and a balcony. The room I rent out is 12 m2 and there is ample space for eg a double bed, a closet and a desk. Everything is after the book, so you will have your people's register here. In addition, if you are a student, we can apply for housing support, and it is not quite crazy. In principle, I do not have so many dreadful demands (most expectations) for the future tenant, but it is important for me to be told that my home is my base and this is where I'm going up, so I appreciate the calm around me. I am a student and in this context, I also spend a lot of time at home reading and immersing myself in the study. It is important to me that you are on a similar level. Otherwise, I'm reasonably easy going and in spite of the above you can also find me dancing around the living room for some of Thomas Helmig's formidable tones with a glass of rose in your hand.
