The one rent is a room of 13m2 to 3500 kr. month prepaid. The second rent is two rooms on a total of 20 m2 + 6m2 balcony for 4800 kr. month prepaid. Consumption is incl. in the price. This includes electricity, water, heating and internet (300/300 fiber is installed in the fall). I myself live in another part of the house. The townhouse is a nice terraced house on 3 floors: 1st floor, living room and basement of 160 m2 in total. It is the last house in the row and lies right on to a beautiful green area with a nice lake. Facts and pizzaria are 150m from the house. In the kitchen-living room / living room there are new floors and installed new kitchen. The kitchen is of course for free use. Likewise, in all the rooms on the 1st floor painted and laid new floors (the same as in the living room and kitchen). I'm still painting and laying floors. Therefore, the missing pictures of the room / rooms on the 1st floor. Pictures come as soon as I finish. The large bathroom on the 1st floor will be used only and shared by the two tenants. The first tenancy is a room at 13m2 / 140 square feet. The rent is 3500 kr. / Month and is paid the first of every month. The other tenancy is two rooms at combined 20 m2 / 215 square feet + your own balcony at 6 m2 / 65 square feet. The rent is 4800 kr. / Month and is paid the first of every month. The price includes electricity, water, heat and internet (A fiber 300/300 connection will be installed this fall) I live in another part of the house myself. The house is a terraced house in 3 storeys. Second floor, ground floor and basement at a combined 160 m2 / 1722 square feet. Det er det sidste huset i rækken og er lige ved siden af et dejligt grønt område med en hyggelig sø. Supermarket and a pizza place is 150m from the house. In the kitchen area and living I have installed new floors and a new kitchen. The kitchen is of course free use for all. In the rooms on the second floor I have painted and put down new flooring (the same as in the kitchen and living room). I am still working on the rooms with the floor and paint.
