Roomie to the top of the island
Roomie is looking for a newly renovated 2 bedroom in the archipelago! I'm looking for a roomie for a delicious 2's on Fyensgade 48. There is a move by 15/09 (possibly before depending on when the craftsmen are done). There is a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, stove and fridge / freezer, freshly laid and freshly painted floors and newly painted walls. The room that can be there is about 11 sqm (the first pictures) and has its own balcony facing the courtyard so there is minimal noise level :) There is closet space for a little extra storage in my room. In the yard there is a bicycle parking and there is a laundry in the property. The apartment is located just east of Østre Anlæg, and there are plenty of shopping opportunities. It takes about 7 min to cycle to the center in reverse and about 15 min to the university. The rent is 6250 incl. Consumption, which ends at 3125 per man. After housing support, which I expect is possible, but not a requirement, it landes at about 2700. In addition, electricity and internet are payable. About me: I'm a freshly baked student at 21, and I will have a sabbatical year for the next couple of years, where I will work for a kindergarten for now. I am very interested in volleyball, but because I regularly fly around the track, I am very down on earth;) In addition, I play a music and love to cook and eat good food. In the long run, I expect to study pharmacy. I assume that it is clean and tidy, and expect that we both contribute to this. About you: I am looking for a social, fairly similar roomie who is enjoying some time and again. Like students, if it fits with the move, then little to the pocket in terms of housing support could be cool. Gender is subordinate, and I expect things like cleaning, miscellaneous purchases, etc. to be lifted.
