Roomie is searched for a room at Teglholmen
My companion Thomas and I have been lucky enough to get your fingers in a 4-room apartment located on Alliancevej 14 in Teglholmen, and we are looking for an extra room. Even with a move from April 16th. The apartment was built in 2016 and is located in the new, beautiful Teglholm area (Copenhagen SV), 100 m from Net, close to Fisketorvet, 10 min from the main railway station and 1.5 km from Sydhavn station. In addition, the harbor buses go almost right to the door, as well as bus 34 and bus 14. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment and there is lift in the hallway. We are looking for a roomie that likes to be social (board games, wine or something else), but at the same time respect a closed door like we do, and that can be cleaned by itself. You will stay in room B (see floor plan drawing) and you will pay 5480 kr / month in rent plus 500 kr / month in aconto, totaling 5980 kr / month. (Since we only have the floor plan and have not moved in yet, we do not know the exact size of the room, but it is about 10-15 m2.) In addition, we would like a deposit of 3 months rent. About us Andreas is 25 years old and finished at DTU this summer, and now works as Operation Engineer at Ørsted, comes from Falster and is volunteer in the Frej food tanker tank.
