Roomie is looking for large room in bright apartment with shared living room
COME AND STAY WITH US We are looking for a tenant for our small community on Grønnegade with acquisition on April 1st. We hope you are male, 23 years or older and students. The room is approx. 20 sqm. and is part of a total newly renovated apartment of 120 sqm. in all, there is a kitchen (with dishwasher), shared dining / living room, bath, 2 other rooms and not least a huge balcony. The rent is DKK 4,480 (incl. Water and heat), in addition to the Internet and electricity, we also expect to be able to get approx. DKK 300 in housing support per. person. There is free laundry in the yard. You get to live with Maria and Line. Maria is 26 years old and is currently in her 10th semester at Experience Design at Aalborg University. She loves colors and glitters, collects on skateboards and is always fresh on eating hot dogs. Line is 23 years old and reads Idea History here in Aarhus. Line bakes some crispy buns, has more books than any human being can read in a lifetime and can stand upside down. We have a common cleaning schedule, a rubber boat, soap bubble machines and a cool birthday hat. We like to live in a social home where there is not necessarily a big party, but where there is always room for guests and to be social. We want to share that life with you. We would like to know a little about you and whether you may have a good name for our new shared home.
