Roomie is being searched in Ceresbyen on 1st September
Hello home seekers I've been lucky enough to get a finger in an apartment in Ceres city. The apartment has two balconies and if you're more into grass, the botanical garden is so close that you can afford it and call it its backyard :). The apartment is divided into two bright bright rooms and a large kitchen family room as well as a bathroom. Everything is of course new and without the need for maintenance in addition to cleaning. There is a washer / dryer and dishwasher, all in new appliances when moving in. You are welcome and preferably between 22 and 30 who have lived before and are clean - not clinical but be prepared to take the dishes after cooking (there is a dishwasher) and a cleaning day every 14 days or when it is needed. Otherwise, is the only requirement that you are a student so we can seek housing support? Me I'm studying for a teacher. I am 23 years old and have lived in Copenhagen for the last 3 years, but now returns strongly to the mainland. I paint in my spare time, or I'm happy for good shows, good music and good company. I sometimes drink a beer or many and play a game or dance and dance with some good friends. The practical rent is, incl. All 4600 kr and deposit is 2 * rent unless otherwise agreed. Movement from d. 1/9. The room is about 11 sqm with built in wardrobes and private access to the balcony. Hope to hear from you Sincerely Anna
