Nice and BIG room in a big house in a small town outside Copenhagen. The house is located 2 min walk from Hvalsø st., Where it is possible two take a train to for example Copenhagen and Roskilde. It takes 45 min to Nørreport. in Downtown Copenhagen and 15 min to Roskilde University! The room is about 25 m2 big, with a lot of closet space, small TV and own private balcony! It's the seriously the best room in the house! Then you have the access two fully equipment kitchen, washing machine, dryer, shower, bathtub, toilet, dishwashing machine and a wi-fi nemlig shared with others. The room can be rented out partly furnished or unfurnished (I have 2 extra single beds in the house - Can be put together for a nice double bed). Move in date is 1st of february Until the end of the year (move out 31st of December). The interest rate is 4.500 DKK a month and 500 DKK for electricity, heat, water and wi-fi. Couples - clean and 5.000 DKK 1.000 DKK for consumption (electricity-heat-water-wifi). The house has two floors, two bathrooms and a garden. If you are clean, open-minded and friendly, you can be our roommate! :) This room is for one person or a couple and CPR registration is possible.
