Room for rent next to Hvalsø st.
Nice and BIG room in a big house in a small town outside Copenhagen. The house is located 2 min walk from Hvalsø st., where it is possible to take a train to for example Copenhagen and Roskilde. It takes 45 min to Nørreport st. in Downtown Copenhagen and 15 min to Roskilde University!
The room is about 25 m2 big, with a lot of closet space, small TV and own private balcony! It's actually the best room in the house!
Then you have access to fully equipment kitchen, washing machine, dryer, shower, bathtub, toilet, dishwashing machine and a wi-fi that is shared with others. The room can be rented out partly furnished or unfurnished (I have 2 single beds extra in the house - Can be put together for a nice double bed). Move in date is 1st of february until the end of the year (move out 31st of december). The rent is 4.500 DKK a month and 500 DKK for electricity, heat, water and wi-fi. Couples - rent 5.000 DKK and 1.000 DKK for consumption (el-heat-water-wifi).
The house has two floors, two bathrooms and a garden. If you are clean, open-minded and friendly, you can be our roommate! :) This room is for one person or a couple and CPR registration is possible.
