Includes internet (150Mbit down / 30mbit up), Shared Netflix account, heat, water, eletricity, housing insurrence, gas and a furnished room with a remotecontrolled bed, desk, closet, chair, light and curtains. All you have two do is bringing your clothes, sheets and your personal things. Tenant must be very clean.
