Renting out a room in my apartment from 1. March 2016. You have a 3 month notice on your contract.
The 5000 kr. includes internet (150mbit down / 30mbit up), Shared Netflix account, heat, water, eletricity, housing insurrence, gas and a furnished room with a remotecontrolled bed, desk, closet, chair, light and curtains. All you have to do is bringing your clothes, sheets and your personal things. Tenant must be very clean.
