Radiography

On Radiography learn to see that no one else sees. For x-rays make recordings of the body's interior, where it must be examined for disease, or to be carried out a treatment. Filming is done via X-ray, ultrasound, CT or MRI scanners and other technical equipment.

Radiographers typically work in hospitals where they operate imaging equipment like X-ray equipment and scanners. The combination of advanced technology and patient contact is simultaneously a combination of hard and soft values. As a radiographer you speak a great knowledge of technology that you use to identify diseases or participate in treatment. Your knowledge is thus an important part of patient care, and you work closely with, inter alia, doctors and nurses.

The program takes 3½ years and consists of equal parts of theory and practice, where you learn to use the equipment. So there is plenty of time with hands on. Once you've got proven your abilities and needs new theoretical input, then you should aptly back in class and learn more from the talented teachers and international guest teachers.

It requires just a great curiosity and a small interest in the technique to take this training, but be prepared to learn a lot in a short time, since it is a very intense experience where you among others learn about anatomy rather short time.
