ROMMIE IS APPEARED FOR 3 BEDROOM APARTMENTS
I am looking for a roomie for my apartment at Østerbro in Aalborg, as my present is going to move with the girlfriend. There is unlimited rent with moving around May 1st. The apartment is new and modernized and is situated in perfect bicycle distance to uni and 10 minutes walk to Nytorv. Close to shopping and good bus connections. It is 97 sqm and consists of 2 rooms, a kitchen / living room in one, hallway, bathroom and two large balconies on either side of the living room - plus 2 shared roofhouses. All in white goods. The room rented is approximately 9 sqm large and with a built-in closet and room for bed + desk. (It is rented out unfurnished). Since the kitchen and living room are relatively large, there will be the opportunity to put some things for storage and the like. With the apartment follows a basement with bicycle parking and own cellar room. The rent is NOK 4431.50 without use. With consumption and possibly housing support, it will be approximately 4570 kr including ALT. Upon occupancy, 3x rent is payable in the deposit, 1 month's prepaid rent and 1 month rent + consumption. You are going to share the apartment with me. I am 28 years old and have previously lived in Aarhus. Everyday I am reading medicine at AAU. It is important to me that the apartment is a place to relax and unwind, but at the same time there must be room for both of us. In my optics, the apartment is a part-apartment, so it's not only a room that is rented out but that the apartment is shared on an equal footing with me. You may be a student, but this is not a requirement. It's an advantage if you've lived out for some years and know how it's been living with others.
