Pilates is a system of stretching and strengthening exercises for the reconstruction of the body's muscles. The core of Pilates is training of the back and stomach muscles and pelvic floor, and all of whatever form and age, can participate.
Pelvic floor is important to train especially for women who have just given birth, but all should train the pelvic floor daily, so Pilates is a very sensible way to do it.
