(Pendler) room in the heart of Frederiksbjerg is rented out!
Since my girlfriend lives for a long period of time in Copenhagen, but I start my candidate in Aarhus by September 2018, I now have a nice little room in excess, which is therefore rented for an indefinite period! The apartment is on the 3rd floor - which is the top of the rise - on Hedemannsgade in Aarhus C, right in the heart of Frederiksbjerg. It is therefore no more than a few minutes walk to the city center as well as shopping, and an extremely affordable bike ride to the university. For one or more reasons, you can take bus 5A along Ringgaden and directly up to university, etc. The rented room (the room marked with red on the floor plan) has a window facing a large enclosed courtyard , with both large terrace and green areas - which of course is for free use. The room is approximately 10 sqm. and rented unfurnished, but a smaller part as marked in the picture will be reserved for a larger closet (which can not be moved, but of course, will primarily be for renters use). However, despite this, there is room for a bed and possibly a desk, as shown in the picture (an example of how the room was previously used where the mentioned closet can be seen on the right side). The rest of the apartment offers a nice, shared living / dining room with high ceilings, a smaller bathroom and a newer kitchen with dishwasher. From the shared living / dining room there is access to a nice little balcony with table and two chairs, from which you can enjoy the morning sun. In the basement of the entrance there is a shared bicycle storage room and laundry room (two washing machines, a tumble dryer and a drying room), which of course will also be for renters' free use. There is, if this is important, free parking right outside the door (as well as on the surrounding roads), but no private parking. It is pointed out that a commuter is primarily rented. Thus, a person who primarily uses the room / apartment during weekdays and only exceptionally during the weekend. The gender of the person is basically subordinate, but it is expected that you are used to living out and that you also agree to keep the common areas neat and tidy. I do not think you're fanatic when it comes to cleaning, but of course, you're good at swinging a vacuum cleaner or taking a main cleaning when needed. Since the rest of the upturn consists primarily of people between the ages of 20-30, there is also preferably a tenant of the same age. In addition, I take the train to Silkeborg twice a week, where I work next to the study. The monthly rent, when renting a commuter, amounts to 3,000,00 DKK, all incl.
