Many opticians are trained optometrists. Training Optometrist is about man's eyes and vision. You learn to make inquiries of the eye, making synprøver and guide customers. The two practice periods are periods of 6 months and 12 months. You will be a paid internship at an optician's business in the periods in question. All placements must be approved. You can also choose to get an internship in Norway or Sweden.
