Officer in Army

As an officer in the army, you will at the beginning of your career will be responsible for planning and implementing programs. While you will be looking for a large number of soldiers and for the tactical deployment in international missions. You must specialize to the job that you need to contest the first 2 years and choose the superstructure direction within a specialty in the Army. Army assignment is very complex, which means that you competency developed throughout your career. You will be working part outside, but also as part of larger staffs, for example. plan and organize exercises, purchasing new equipment, recruiting, etc.

Training You start to train you in the basics milli erode. This is done through basic and sergeant training. These are supplemented by direction subjects, education, learning and sports. Then officer basic training begins, where you get theoretical knowledge in subjects like tactics, physical education, English, management (psychology and education), war history and political science. The program is elitist, physically and mentally demanding and included ongoing competency courses that develop your leadership skills under pressure. The training takes place in beautiful surroundings at Frederiksberg Castle in Copenhagen.

Expulsion An officer will as a natural part of the work will be deployed to international missions. Typically it will be every 3 years.

2 days of auditions with physical tests, written tests, personal questionnaire, interview, physical examination and an assessment of a commission.
