New roomie to room in nice, bright apartment sought
Hi! I am looking for a new roomie who wants to live with me in a lovely, bright, newly renovated apartment in the west of town near shopping, bus, cafés and only a 10 minute bike ride from the center. You will get the apartment's large room of 14 m2. About myself, I can briefly say that I am a very positive, decent and curious person who both enjoys being with others and being able to retreat to myself. My free time I use on various small pursuits, training, friends and family. At present I have a sabbatical year, and next year I look forward to having to study sociology at Aalborg UNI. Enough about me - now for you :-) In my new roomie I hope to find an open person with a good mood and respect for each other's privacy. The large community hall of the apartment up to many good nights together, and I would also like you to spend time together as friends - eg film nights, city tours, coffee / the drinks, tours in the steak, possibly. also training if you are there? As for cleaning, I would like you to be prepared to keep the apartment quite clean and tidy - without being fanatic about it. PRACTICAL To the apartment there are: common laundry room, shared bicycle storage room, shared garden / farmhouse, and cellar storage. Rent per month (including water and heating): 3500 * Electricity (payable per quarter): 316 per person Deposit: 8000 2 months prepaid rent: 7400 * NOTE! I note that the rent indicated is AFTER housing support, which my current roomie and I have received since we moved in and which I also expect to receive when you move in. Finally, write a message to me if you think it might be superficial to move into the apartment with me. Then we can grab a cup of coffee together and feel each other like people :-)
