Mindfulness has become the new black in the recent past. Everyone does it and everyone needs it when the pressure is increased at work or family life at home.
At the same time, we also need to touch us and move the body so that it can be stretched out of fixed positions it sits in everyday at work.
A brand new combination of yoga millennial wisdom and the immediately accessible and Buddhist-inspired mindfulness. A combination that balances, strengthens and softens the body, soul and mind.
We work with yoga physical exercises with breathing techniques, relaxation, meditation and cognitive-based mindfulness exercises; all in a non-dogmatic and humorous atmosphere with a focus on the existing momentum.
Mindfulness is really just to give themselves time and focus on themselves and think inward. With more time for yourself you reduce your stress levels. Although it might seem strange to set aside time to relax when you do not have time for it, so this is how the body works best.
The course is for everyone - for those who want a place to continue mindfulness training; and for those who want the strength and development of body and mind.
Perhaps to avoid a life of unconscious automatic. Perhaps to increase your resistance to modern man's Achilles heel, stress and depression. Perhaps to create peace and joy.
